Pinnacle Freight Systems is an asset-based transportation provider offering full truckload and less than truckload service throughout the United States and Canada.
Through a network of company trucks, agencies, and contracted carriers, we provide solutions for shippers needing truckload capacity, temperature control, hazmat, and expedited transport.
The Pinnacle Agent Program
Not all AGENT programs are created equal. Here are some things that make us different:
- We are both asset and brokerage giving you the opportunity to open more doors with potential customers. This gives you many options for finding your customers the capacity they need.
- We have a support person with sales background assigned to only the agent network to help you grow your business and our operational software is easy to use.
- When you broker freight, you can give your customers the security they are looking for when the unfortunate claim situation occurs. Pinnacle Freight Systems cargo coverage is primary on every load. Your customer will only deal with us.
- We are not one of the giant brokerage houses with thousands of agents in every area. You will not be locked out of potential customers because it is coded to someone else.

The Pinnacle Sales Agent
Pinnacle Freight Systems has a reputation for treating their carriers fairly and paying them on time.
Our payment terms are 30 days from the date we receive the carrier invoice and proof of delivery.
We also offer our carriers a quick pay option. For a 3% reduction in the payment amount, the carrier payment will be deposited into the carriers account in two business days.
Your commission payments are processed weekly on shipments released for billing the previous week and deposited directly into your account each Friday. You receive a commission report the preceding Monday detailing the shipment activity.
Our corporate office supports our agents by providing these primary services: accounts receivable and cash management, accounts payable, regulatory compliance, and risk management and insurance.
Linda Adams is responsible the success of our Agents. Her background includes being one of the founding members of a multi-million dollar LTL carrier where she held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. She understands the sales process and can assist you in closing customers when needed. Customer contracts are turned around in 48 hours or less
Training – we will spend the time needed to work with you and provide a working understanding of our system and processes. You are not alone after the training is complete. You can contact Linda Adams for assistance with any future questions or for help resolving any future issues.
A third level of support is provided by our experienced corporate staff who are on hand to help streamline your business, offer expertise, and increase your sales and bottom line.
E-Marketing materials and a Pinnacle email address are available to help you secure new customers.
Paperless carrier on-boarding process handled by Carrierwatch/DAT. As the Independent Agent, you simply send your carrier via email the Carrierwatch Link to complete our carrier onboarding process. Carrierwatch is available to help carriers navigate through the onboarding process if necessary. Their customer service department can help carriers in English or in Spanish. They can also help the carrier onboard the old- fashioned paper way if they do not have access to a computer.
We have assets! One of your carrier options is Pinnacle Trucking, LLC. You will receive a daily email showing where the Pinnacle Assets are and when they will be available.
Our operational software is Keypoint, a DAT product. It is easy to use.
Load tracking available through Macropoint and Four Kites
You can utilize the benefit of our active, vetted, and monitored carrier base that includes less than truckload, truckload, dry van, flatbed, temperature control, hazmat, and expedited partners.

Independent Freight Agents run their own business, set their own pricing, and are supported by the corporate office located in Florence, New Jersey. Agents operate under the Pinnacle Authority and are covered by our insurance. Your operational responsibility ends when the load is in DELIVERED status and the carrier has provided us with a proof of delivery. The corporate office invoices the customer and pays the carrier.
We have a well-defined strategic approach for growth of our agent network. You will never be one of thousands or even hundreds of agents competing with other Pinnacle agents for the same customers.

Pinnacle Freight Systems corporate objectives are to provide customers with WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE and to act as stewards of the industry. We want your customers to talk to a live person when they call, receive timely updates on their loads, and always be given an option for transporting their goods.
Our cargo insurance is PRIMARY on every load. Your customers have the security of knowing we will be their only contact and handle their claim professionally when the unfortunate claim situation occurs.
When an asset is not available, our partner carriers are available to provide the capacity your customer needs. These partner carriers are MONITORED every 24 hours automatically through our independent ERP software to ensure that they have and maintain a valid operating authority, satisfactory safety rating, and required insurance coverages. We use an 8 point vetting system when selecting partner carriers which includes CSA Scores, DOT authority, IRS TIN match, Insurance coverage, Reefer breakdown coverage, Satisfactory safety rating, contractual agreement, and minimum time in business.
Warehousing and distribution services are available in Florence, NJ. Our modern 110,000 square foot facility includes temperature control for products requiring 36-46F and 60-70F. Our central NJ location is less than one hour from the ports of NJ and Philadelphia with quick access to major highways.
